Bloom Playa del Carmen reserves the right to cancel any reservation which does not adher to our Hotel Policy.
We are a strict Adults only (16+) hotel with broad respect for privacy of all its guests and condemn any form of discrimination in its broadest sense.
The hotel has a pet policy. We do accept dogs only with prior reservation and house trained silent dogs only. Dog must be accompanied at all times and can not be left in the room alone or unsupervised. On premises a leash is required. You must get our explicit approval for your dog PRIOR arrival. Charges, caution or daily fees may apply.
The hotel is not responsible for temporary shutdowns from electricity, internet, gas or water. Neither for weather conditions and its consequences (hurricanes, storms, etc) or for governmental or municipal restrictions which would be applicable to you, the hotel, or the surroundings . We have many measures in place to reduce discomforts to a minimum should any situation occur.
Any claim must be reported at once on location with the manager in order to fix it at once. The hotel will relocate you to another room at the same cost should an immediate fix not be available for same day. If such arrangement is impossible the manager will discuss and suggest other alternatives or compensation.
Claims received after you left the hotel and without discussing with management on location will not be accepted.
